Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

No Refunds for Cancelled Events or Personal Circumstances

We do not offer refunds if:

  • The concert or event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.

  • You are unable to attend due to personal reasons, including travel issues or scheduling conflicts.

Store Credit Only

In the event of a concert cancellation or other circumstances beyond your control, we may offer store credit at our discretion. This credit can be used toward any future purchase from our store.

Why This Policy Exists

Our team begins working on your custom item as soon as your order is received. This includes design, sourcing materials, and production time. Because of the personalized nature of each item, we cannot reuse or resell these products once created.

We understand this may be disappointing and we truly appreciate your understanding. This policy allows us to continue offering unique, handcrafted items.

Returns

 Our policy lasts 7 days. If seven days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
